Today is a Traeger Grill Day, and it’s time to make some Chicken Wings, using corn starch to make them crispy.
Our wings came out very good, but a little salty. We suggest you reduce the amount of salt we used to make this treat even better.
I suggest you heat your traeger to 275 degrees and watch the temperature of your chicken carefully, we cooked to the temp. of 180 to 190 degrees internal readings. This was a very good treat!
